Jorge Reyna Gerem\u00edas, Secretario General Juan Jos\u00e9 Bruno, Jefe de Polic\u00eda Crio. Gral. (R) Magister Richard Marcenal, Presidente de la Junta Departamental Esc. Adriana \u00c1vila, Presidente de OSE Ing. Ra\u00fal Montero, Comandante de la Brigada A\u00e9rea II Cnel. (Av.) Ruben Villagra, segundo Comandante de la Brigada de Infanter\u00eda n\u00famero 5 Tte. Cnel. Mario Valdomir, Jefe del Batall\u00f3n de Infanter\u00eda Blindado 13 Tte. Cnel. Alejandro Capeluto, Jefe del Regimiento de Caballer\u00eda Bindado 2 Tte. Cnel.
