del contrato que da inicio al proyecto Durazno Shopping Terminal, una propuesta que integrar\u00e1 una terminal de \u00f3mnibus modernizada con un nuevo centro comercial y generosos espacios Durazno, la Junta Departamental, Stiler Ingenier\u00eda y Construcci\u00f3n (como Empresa constructora) y Durazno Shopping Terminal SAS como operador del mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Representa una inversi\u00f3n cercana a los<em><strong> 20 millones de d\u00f3lare<\/strong><\/em>s y abarca m\u00e1s de 10.000 metros de construcci\u00f3n y una intervenci\u00f3n urbana de m\u00e1s de 3 hect\u00e1reas de Parque urbano, plaza p\u00fablica, estacionamientos y acondicionamiento paisaj\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-50447 alignright\"
